Do NOT flush feminine products, wipes, Q-tips, paper towels, etc. 👚 Laundry Use: Dryer: Clean the lint trap (at the bottom of the door opening) after each use. Washer: Pods go directly in the drum with clothing. Liquid detergent goes in the upper-left drawer. Leave the washer door ajar after use to prevent mold on the seal. 🏊 Pool Heating: Summer: Pool heat not needed. Winter: Heater is set to 83°F max. Do not increase this setting — excess heating may result in high energy use or may not be effective in colder weeks (e.g., January or February when average temps are below 70°F). Owner may opt to disable heat during these brief cold spells. If guest wishes to have unlimited heat there is daily fee. Requires host to program pump and heater to run 24-7. Unlimited heat can be booked in our guest portal or contact host for more info.

There are no interior cameras or cameras overlooking private guest outdoor areas. There are no interior cameras and no cameras in the pool, sunbathing, or lanai areas.
