The home can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a full-over-queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. This home is part of a thoughtfully designed duplex, with each unit offering a private and peaceful space to relax, unwind, and enjoy your vacation. Your stay includes your own entrance, driveway, and screened pool and lanai, with no shared living areas, outdoor spaces, or amenities. Do NOT flush feminine products, wipes, Q-tips, paper towels, etc. 👚 Laundry Use: Dryer: Clean the lint trap (at the bottom of the door opening) after each use. Washer: Pods go directly in the drum with clothing. Liquid detergent goes in the upper-left drawer. Leave the washer door ajar after use to prevent mold on the seal. 🏊 Pool Heating: Summer: Pool heat not needed. Winter: Heater is set to 83°F max. Do not increase this setting — excess heating may result in high energy use or may not be effective in colder weeks (e.g., January or February when average temps are below 70°F). Owner may opt to disable heat during these brief cold spells. If guest wishes to have unlimited heat there is daily fee. Requires host to program pump and heater to run 24-7. Unlimited heat can be booked in our guest portal or contact host for more info.

SMOKE-FREE HOME: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay. PARTIES & EVENTS: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. SAFETY & PRIVACY: For added peace of mind, the property has exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or overlooking private guest outdoor areas.
